Cary residents are just minutes from our Morrisville office, with easy access via Highway 54 or I-40. We work with individuals and families throughout Cary seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
Raleigh
Our office is conveniently located for clients coming from all parts of Raleigh—whether you're in North Raleigh, Downtown, or anywhere in between. I-40 provides a direct route to our Morrisville location, typically 15–25 minutes depending on traffic.
Durham
Durham clients reach us easily via I-40 East or Highway 54. Many Durham residents appreciate our location near RTP, making it convenient to schedule sessions before or after work. We also offer telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
Apex

Rates and Insurance Coverage
Morrisville Counseling and Consulting (MCC) is proudly in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and several other insurance providers, making it easier for you to access quality care.
Our self-pay rate is $170.00 per session.
If you’re using an out-of-network provider, we can provide a Superbill to help you request direct reimbursement for a portion of your session cost, depending on your plan’s terms.
For specific details, please check with your insurance provider.
